I wanted to enjoy it, but the sound was awful. I kept thinking maybe it was just my setup, but it really ruined the whole experience for me. Did anyone else have the same issue?

I got tired of trying to use the site because every click felt like a chore. Popups kept opening, ads were covering stuff, and I kept getting redirected when I was just trying to do something simple. It’s way more effort than it should be and just really annoying

I gave it 4 stars because most of the movie links I tried actually worked and opened just fine!! A couple were either dead or took forever to load, which was a little annoying, but I still managed to find what I wanted quickly!! It’s not perfect, but it’s usable!!

I tried using 5moviess.com it’s okay, but I kind of regret expecting it to be smoother. Some pages load quickly, which is nice, but then other times it just sits there and feels like it’s stuck. It’s not awful or anything, but the speed is really hit or miss for me. I’d probably give it 3 stars for now.

This gave me a bad first impression. The payment info wasn’t clear at all before I checked out, and then I noticed extra charges afterward. I also tried reaching out to support, but the reply took way too long. Not something I’d use again.

Some movies have subtitles. Some don’t. A few are out of sync too. Not terrible. Just annoying sometimes

I reached out to 5moviess.com support because I was having an issue with my account, and I don’t think I was being unreasonable. I sent a message, waited a few days, then followed up again because I still hadn’t gotten any real help.
At that point, it just felt like nobody was actually checking the support inbox. I get that support teams can be busy, but when you just need a basic answer, being ignored is really frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting quick or reliable help.

Tried watching videos last night and they kept freezing nonstop. It got to the point where it was basically unwatchable. with how bad the service was, I’m starting to wonder if there are some sneaky fees or plan limits they don’t make obvious

I tried using 5moviess.com on my phone it was so frustrating?! The pages didn’t fit the screen properly, the buttons were tiny, and I kept having to zoom in just to tap anything. Stuff was also shifting around while I scrolled, which got annoying fast. Maybe it works better on a desktop, but on mobile it felt barely usable for me.
